拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平对妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘血流的影响OA

Objective:To analyze the effects of labetalol combined with nifedipine on placental blood flow in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP).Methods:A total of 74 HDP patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were retrospectively enrolled and divided into control group and observation group according to treatment regimens,with 37 patients in each group.The control group received nifedipine tablets,while the observation group received labetalol hydrochloride tablets combined with nifedipine tablets.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.Clinical efficacy,blood pressure indicators[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],placental blood flow indicators[pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI)],coagulation function indicators[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)],serological indicators[cystatin C(CysC),homocysteine(Hcy)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(94.59%)was higher than that of the control group(78.38%,P<0.05).SBP,DBP,PI,RI,FIB,C ysC and Hcy were lower,while PT and APTT were longer in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Labetalol combined with nifedipine is effective in treating HDP,which can significantly reduce blood pressure,improve placental blood flow and coagulation function,reduce inflammatory response,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
