孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德福莫特罗吸入粉雾剂治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期患儿的疗效及对肺功能、炎症反应的影响OA

Objective:To investigate the effects of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide/formoterol powder for inhalation on pulmonary function and inflammatory response in children with chronic persistent bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 100 children with chronic persistent bronchial asthma admitted to a hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received budesonide/formoterol powder for inhalation,while the observation group was additionally treated with montelukast sodium.All patients were treated for 3 months.Pulmonary function indicators[forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC],inflammatory factors[interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC and IFN-γ in both groups were increased,and those in the observation group were higher than in the control group(P<0.05).IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-α in both groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(82.00%,χ2=5.005,P=0.025).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.684,P=0.408).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide/formoterol has favorable clinical efficacy in the treatment of children with chronic persistent bronchial asthma,which can improve pulmonary function,regulate immune function and reduce inflammatory response without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
