目的:研究金石清瘟解毒口服液解热镇痛、止咳和化痰平喘的药效作用.方法:采用 2,4-二硝基苯酚致大鼠发热模型观察金石清瘟解毒口服液解热作用;采用热板法和醋酸致小鼠扭体法观察金石清瘟解毒口服液镇痛作用;采用浓氨水引咳法观察金石清瘟解毒口服液止咳作用;采用气管段酚红排泌法研究金石清瘟解毒口服液化痰作用;采用氯化乙酰胆碱致豚鼠哮喘法观察金石清瘟解毒口服液平喘作用.结果:金石清瘟解毒口服液能显著降低发热大鼠体温,具有解热功效;能延长小鼠热板痛阈值并减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数,具有镇痛作用;能延长咳嗽潜伏期且使咳嗽的次数减少,具有止咳作用;能增加小鼠气管酚红分泌量,具有化痰功效;能延长引喘潜伏期,具有平喘作用.结论:金石清瘟解毒口服液具有解热镇痛、止咳、化痰平喘作用.

Objective:To investigate the antipyretic,analgesic,antitussive,expectorant,and anti-asthmatic effects of Jinshi Qingwen Jiedu Oral Liquid.Methods:The antipyretic effect was evaluated using a rat fever model induced by 2,4-dinitrophenol.The analgesic effect was assessed via the hot plate test and acetic acid-induced writhing test in mice.The antitussive effect was observed using an ammonia water-induced cough model in mice.The expectorant effect was studied by measuring phenol red secretion in the tracheal segment of mice.The anti-asthmatic effect was examined using an acetylcholine-induced asthma model in guinea pigs.Results:Jinshi Qingwen Jiedu Oral Liquid significantly reduced body temperature in febrile rats,demonstrating an antipyretic effect.It prolonged the pain threshold in the hot plate test and reduced the number of writhes induced by acetic acid,indicating an analgesic effect.The preparation extended the cough latency and reduced cough frequency,confirming its antitussive property.It increased phenol red secretion in the trachea,revealing an expectorant effect.Additionally,it prolonged the asthma induction latency,demonstrating an anti-asthmatic effect.Conclusion:Jinshi Qingwen Jiedu Oral Liquid exhibits antipyretic,analgesic,antitussive,expectorant,and anti-asthmatic properties.
