中国人口已经表现出老龄化趋势,据国家统计局报告,2023 年末,中国 60 岁或以上的老年人占总人口的21.1%.老年人疾病的预防与治疗将是未来重点聚焦的医学问题.《黄帝内经》把人生命全过程分为"生、长、壮、老、已"五个阶段.老年处于后段,人体的五脏次第渐衰,体质以虚为主,因虚致实,夹痰夹瘀.王琦院士"体病相关论"指明,根据老年人体质特点调整偏颇体质是防治老年人常见疾病的要点.老年阶段体质的特殊性区别于其他阶段,本文从《黄帝内经》对人体老年段"五脏衰"的描述入手,结合后世医家论点探析老年人的体质特点.

The aging of the Chinese population has become a trend.According to the National Bureau of Statistics,by the end of 2023,the elderly aged 60 or above in China will account for 21.1%of the total population.The prevention and treatment of diseases in the elderly will be a key medical focus in the future.Inner Canon of Huangdi divides the entire life cycle into five stages:"birth,growth,strength,old age,and death".In the later stage of old age,the five organs of the human body gradually decline,the traditional Chinese medicine constitution is primarily characterized by deficiency,which can lead to excess and complications such as phlegm and blood stasis.The"constitution-disease correlation"theory suggests that adjusting the imbalanced constitution based on the physical characteristics of the elderly is crucial for preventing common diseases among them.The unique nature of the physical constitution in the elderly stage sets it apart from other stages.This article begins with the description of the"decline of the five Zang organs"in the elderly stage of the human body as outlined in Inner Canon of Huangdi,and combines it with the views of later medical scholars to explore the physical characteristics of the elderly.
