Technological breakthroughs and application prospects of innovative electronic stethoscope in diagnosis and treatment for cardiopulmonary diseases
电子听诊器是利用传感器接收、记录并处理来自身体内部的声音,将其转换为电信号后通过蓝牙技术对处理后的声音数据进行传输,最终以听音部分输出的便携式医疗器械,其具保障诊疗安全、支持远程会诊及辅助医学教育的优势,是心肺疾病诊疗的重要工具.电子听诊器在基层医疗和医疗资源不均区域的应用前景广阔,但其全面推广需进一步解决设备互操作性、数据标准化及用户体验优化等问题,以实现智能化医疗生态的深度融合及心肺疾病诊疗中的广泛应用.为此,系统回顾电子听诊器的技术演进、临床应用及市场现状,并对比分析4款国内外主流产品的功能特性与局限性,未来电子听诊器技术将聚焦于高性能压电材料传感器开发、人工智能算法的深度集成以及多生理参数监测功能的整合.同时,分析电子听诊器国内外市场发展趋势,以期为电子听诊器的创新方向提供参考.
The electronic stethoscope is a portable medical device that uses sensors to receive,record and process sounds from inside the body,which transmits the processed sound data via Bluetooth technique after converts sounds into electrical signals,and finally outputs the sound by using the part of listening.It has the advantages of reducing the risk of infection,supporting remote consultation,and assisting medical education,which is an important tool of diagnosis and treatment for cardiopulmonary diseases.The electronic stethoscope has broad application prospects in primary medical care,management for chronic disease,and regions with uneven resources,but the comprehensive promotion of that needs to further solve some problems such as interoperability of device,data standardization,and experience optimization of user,so as to realize the deep integration of that and intelligent medical ecosystem,and wide application of that in diagnosis and treatment for cardiopulmonary diseases.This paper systematically reviewed the technological evolution,clinical application and current market status of electronic stethoscope,and compared and analyzed the functional characteristics and limitations of four kinds of domestic and foreign mainstream products.In the future,the technique of electronic stethoscope will focus on the development of sensors with high-performance piezoelectric materials,the deep integration of artificial intelligence algorithms,and the integration of monitoring functions with multi-physiological parameters.At the same time,it analyzed development trends of the domestic and foreign markets of electronic stethoscope,so as to provide a reference for the innovative direction of electronic stethoscope.
