聚焦超声消融手术治疗复发性乳腺纤维腺瘤的有效性及安全性研究OA

Objective:To assess the effectiveness and safety of focused ultrasound ablation surgery(FUAS)in treating recurrent breast fibroadenoma.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 57 female patients with recurrent breast fibroadenoma(159 lesions)who admitted at Suining Central Hospital and Jiangsu Province Hospital from February 2021 to June 2024.All patients underwent FUAS treatment.The treatment information of FUAS,pain score of intraoperative numerical rating scale(NRS),skin condition of surgical site,and other adverse events were collected.At the same time,the follow-up data of ultrasound on lesions were collected at the 3rd,6th and 12th month after surgery.Results:All patients successfully completed FUAS treatment.The median of treatment time was 9.00(4.75,24.00)minutes,and median of treatment energy was 6.75(3.45,13.38)kJ.The intraoperative NRS score of patients was 2.00(1.00,4.00).After FUAS treatment,the pain of patients was relieved within 3d,and they can recover independent living and normal ability of work/housework.The results of ultrasound follow-up at the 3rd,6th and 12th month after surgery indicated that there were signficant signal of blood flow in all lesions,and the volume of lesion was obviously smaller than that of baseline,and the differences were signficant(Z=4.022,5.771,12.755,P<0.05).At the 12th month after surgery,the shrinkage rate of the volume of lesions reached to 78.32(39.90,100.00)%.Conclusion:FUAS is safe and effective in treating recurrent fibroadenoma.The recovery of patients is quickly,and the lesions are shrinked significantly after surgery.
