Standardization and individualized surgical strategies for laparoscopic radical resection of left-sided colon cancer
腹腔镜左半结肠癌根治术一直是结直肠外科领域技术难度较高、争议最为集中的术式之一.随着治疗理念的不断发展进步,外科医生亦逐渐追求在保证肿瘤学疗效的同时,实现更加精准化、更加个体化的手术方式.淋巴结清扫范围、合理选择手术入路、规范肠段切除范围、安全完成脾曲游离与消化道重建,是腹腔镜左半结肠癌根治术高质量完成的关键.文章将结合国内外研究进展及笔者团队多年临床实践,对腹腔镜左半结肠癌根治术的几个焦点问题进行总结和分析,旨在为腹腔镜左半结肠癌根治术的规范化与个体化实践提供参考.
Laparoscopic radical resection for left-sided colon cancer remains one of the most technically demanding and controversial procedures in colorectal surgery.With the continuous evolution of therapeutic concepts,surgeons are increasingly striving to achieve more precise and individualized surgical approaches while ensuring oncological outcomes.The extent of lymph node dissection,appropriate selection of surgical approach,standardized bowel resection,and safe completion of splenic flexure mobilization and gastrointestinal reconstruction are key factors for achieving high-quality laparoscopic radical resection.Based on current domestic and international evidence,as well as the authors'extensive clinical experience,this article summarizes and analyzes several key issues in laparoscopic radical resection for left-sided colon cancer,aiming to provide references for its standardized and individualized practice.
