"医患沟通学"课程在地化叙事转向的实践探索OA

Practical exploration of the localized narrative shift in the Doctor-Patient Communication course

医患沟通是架起医患信任之桥、构建和谐医患关系的重要保障.作为医学人才培养的主阵地,医学院校如何通过教学创新提升医学生的医学人文技能与素养,实现医教协同、岗位胜任力导向,成为推进医学人才改革亟待解决的问题.以本科课程"医患沟通学"课程为例,从学情、教情、课情角度分析,并从教学目标、教学资源、教学内容、教学方法、教学组织、教学环境、教学评价方法上提出在地化叙事转向的路径.该课程的教学改革取得良好成效,医学生岗位胜任力得到提升,课程满意度较高.

Doctor-patient communication serves as a crucial guarantee for building a bridge of trust between doctors and patients and fostering a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.As the primary base for medical talent cultivation,how medical colleges and universities enhance medical students'medical humanistic skills and literacy through teaching innovation,as well as realize the integration of medical education and clinical practice while adopting a position competency orientation,has become an urgent issue to be addressed in advancing the medical talent reform.Taking the undergraduate course Doctor-Patient Communication as an example and analyzing from the perspectives of students'learning background,teachers'teaching status,and course characteristics,this paper proposed paths of the localized narrative shift from the aspects of teaching objectives,resources,content,methods,organization,environment,and evaluation methods.The teaching reform of this course has achieved favorable results,enhancing medical students'position competency and achieving relatively high course satisfaction.
