基于HRP系统的医用耗材差异化管理模式构建与应用研究OA

[Objective]To resolve the practical contradiction between high management costs and limited financial capacity in the management of medical consumables in small and medium-sized specialized and primary healthcare institutions,and to explore a lean management pathway that does not rely on large-scale additional investments.[Methods]Based on the existing hospital resource planning(HRP)system,the study deeply exploits its functions and restructures business processes to establish a differentiated and refined management model for medical consumables with different characteristics:fixed-quantity management for low-value consumables,consignment-based management for high-value consumables,and an innovative dual-structure management model for laboratory reagents.[Results]Practical application shows that the dual-structure management model for laboratory reagents effectively integrates internal hospital resources,significantly reduces capital occupancy,and improves inventory turnover efficiency.[Conclusion]This model provides a cost-effective,feasible,and replicable solution for refined consumables management in resource-constrained small and medium-sized healthcare institutions,helping to enhance their operational resilience and facilitate the transition toward lean management.
