Optimization of a high-speed tobacco rod rejection mechanism based on rigid-flexible coupling dynamics

[背景和目的]烟组剔除机构是卷烟包装机中对不合格烟组进行剔除的机构,其具有工作速度高,惯性冲击大,存在明显振动,需要优化机构的动力学响应.[方法]采用ADAMS和Apex软件建立烟组剔除机构刚柔耦合动力学模型,通过对机构的动力学响应和性能参数进行分析和优化.[结果]研究揭示烟组剔除机构振动产生原理;通过调整关键部件的材料和结构尺寸,优化了烟组剔除机构动力学响应.优化设计降低了最大振动位移43.5%.[结论]刚柔耦合动力学优化方法显著提高了烟组剔除机构的稳定性和可靠性,也验证了其应用于烟草机械机构设计的可行性.

[Background and Objective]The tobacco rod rejection mechanism is a key unit in cigarette packing machines used to eject nonconforming cigarette groups.Due to its high operating speed and large inertial impacts,the mechanism is prone to significant vibration,which adversely affects stability and reliability.Therefore,optimization of its dynamic response is required.[Methods]A rigid-flexible coupled dynamic model of the tobacco rod rejection mechanism was established using ADAMS and Apex software.The dynamic responses and key performance parameters of the mechanism were systematically analyzed and optimized.[Results]The vibration generation mechanism of the tobacco rod rejection system was clarified.By adjusting the material properties and structural dimensions of critical components,the dynamic performance of the mechanism was significantly improved.The optimized design reduced the maximum vibration displacement by 43.5%.[Conclusion]The rigid-flexible coupling dynamic optimization method effectively enhances the stability and reliability of the tobacco rod rejection mechanism and demonstrates its feasibility for application in the design and optimization of tobacco machinery.
