[目的]探究烟丝和卷烟纸中金属元素含量对卷烟感官匹配度的影响.[方法]将不同烟丝与卷烟纸组合成49种卷烟样品,测定烟丝和卷烟纸中金属元素含量,以测定的8种金属元素为自变量,各感官指标匹配度为因变量进行回归分析,探究金属元素含量对卷烟感官匹配度的影响.[结果](1)烟丝中金属元素对各感官匹配度的影响大于卷烟纸中金属元素,各金属元素影响频次顺序依次为:Mg>Mn=Na>Zn>Ca=Fe>Cu=K.(2)卷烟纸中,Mg、Mn两种金属元素对感官匹配度影响程度最大,烟丝中,Mn、Mg、Zn 3种金属元素对感官匹配度影响程度最大,相同元素对不同感官指标的影响趋势不同.[结论]相较于卷烟纸中金属元素,烟丝中金属元素是影响卷烟感官匹配度的主要因素,其中Mn、Mg、Zn、Na 4种金属元素是测定的8种金属元素中决定卷烟感官匹配度的关键因素.

[Objective]This study is to investigate the influence of metal element contents in cut tobacco and cigarette paper on the sensory matching degree of cigarettes.[Methods]Forty-nine cigarette samples were prepared by combining different cut tobacco blends with different cigarette papers.The contents of eight metal elements in both cut tobacco and cigarette paper were determined.Regression analysis was performed using the measured metal element contents as independent variables and sensory matching indices as dependent variables to evaluate the effects of metal elements on cigarette sensory matching degree.[Results](1)The influence of metal elements in cut tobacco on sensory matching degree was greater than that of metal elements in cigarette paper.The frequency of influence of the eight metal elements ranked as follows:Mg>M=Na>Zn>Ca=Fe>Cu=K.(2)In cigarette paper,Mg and Mn exerted the strongest effects on sensory matching degree.In cut tobacco,Mn,Mg,and Zn showed the greatest influence.The effect trends of the same metal element varied across different sensory indices.[Conclusion]Compared with metal elements in cigarette paper,those in cut tobacco play a more critical role in determining cigarette sensory matching degree.Among the eight metal elements analyzed,Mn,Mg,Zn,and Na were identified as the key factors affecting cigarette sensory matching degree.
