基于文献计量学的病理性近视研究热点及演进趋势的可视化分析OA
Visual analysis of the research hotspots and evolutionary trends of pathological myopia based on bibliometrics
目的 基于文献计量学方法,探讨病理性近视(PM)的研究热点和演进趋势.方法 选择Web of Science数据库,检索与PM相关的期刊论文,采用CiteSpace 6.4.R1进行作者、发文机构与国家分布、关键词频次与聚类分析;利用SciMat v1.1.04获得PM领域的热点主题,实现研究主题的演化状态分析与演化路径分析.结果 最终纳入文献2397篇,发文时间2004~2025年.发文量呈现持续增长趋势,自2020年来发文量显著提高.发文量排名前十的作者,共计发表395篇;发文量排名前十的机构,共计发表767篇,9所机构均位于亚洲地区.共提炼出164个关键词,其中7个关键词的节点中介中心性大于0.1;关键词聚类共得到光动力学疗法、高度近视、近视防控、准分子激光角膜切削术4个聚类.结论 PM领域的研究正处于快速发展阶段,但仍面临诸多挑战.未来研究应进一步深化对PM发病机制的理解,探索新型治疗方法,并关注并发症的长期管理和有效治疗.
Objective Using bibliometric methods,this study investigates the research hotspots and evolutionary trends of pathological myopia(PM).Methods Select the Web of Science database to search for journal articles related to PM,and use CiteSpace 6.4.R1 to analyze author,distribution of publishing institutions and countries,as well as key-words frequency and clustering.Use SciMat v1.1.04 to identify hot topics in the PM field and conduct analyses of research topic evolution and evolutionary pathways.Results Following screening,2397 publications published between 2004 and 2025 were included.The annual output showed a steady increase,with a notable acceleration since 2020.The top 10 most productive authors contributed 395 articles;while the top 10 institutions published 767 articles-nine of which were located in Asia;a total of 164 keywords were extracted.Keyword clustering revealed four major thematic clusters:photody-namic therapy,high myopia,myopia control,and photorefractive keratectomy.Conclusions Research on PM is rapidly expanding but continues to face significant challenges.Future research should deepen understanding of PM pathogenesis,explore novel therapeutic approaches,and focus on long-term management and effective treatment of complications.
