基于医院焦虑抑郁量表评价中国斜视儿童父母焦虑抑郁的研究OA

Objective To investigate the psychological and emotional problems of the parents of children with stra-bismus,the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)was applied in this study to analyze whether the parents of hospitalized strabismic children had significant anxiety and depression before surgery and its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for psychological nursing of the parents of strabismic children and to improve nursing satisfac-tion.Methods Cross-sectional study.A total of 253 parents of strabismus children were enrolled.General data were collected and the anxiety of parents of strabismus children was assessed by HADS-A scale and depression of parents of strabismus children was assessed by HADS-D scale.Results HADS-A was significantly positively correlated with whether nurses were admitted to a hospital/preoperative education(P=0.033),HADS-D score was significantly positively correlated with parents' education level(P=0.001)and family living environment(P=0.041).Conclusions Parents of children with strabismus surgery have various levels of anxiety and depression,which is related to whether they understand the nurse's hospitalization/preoperative education,education level and family living environment.
