硬性透气性角膜接触镜对幼儿单眼高度近视性弱视矫治1年随诊观察OA

Objective To investigate the efficacy of rigid gas permeable contact lenses(RGPCL)in the treatment of unilateral high myopic amblyopia in young children.Methods A retrospective cohort study.A total of 50 children(50 eyes)with unilateral high myopic amblyopia who were fitted with either spectacles or RGPCL at the Optometry Center of Beijing Tongren Hospital from January 2012 to May 2023 were enrolled.23 cases(23eyes)were fitted with spectacles and 27 cases(27 eyes)were fitted with RGPCL.Statistical analysis was performed on the following parameters in two groups of children with high myopia:axial length at baseline,6 months,and 12 months;axial length growth per 6-month interval;Titmus near stereoacuity after 12 months;and the 12-month logMAR BCVA in children with a baseline BCVA of 1.30 in both groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in axial length at baseline,6 months,or 12 months,or in axial elongation per 6 months between the two groups(t=0.753,P=0.455;t=1.179,P=0.244;t=0.178,P=0.860;t=1.029,P=0.306;all＞0.05).After 12 months of lens wear,stereoacuity in the RGPCL group was sig-nificantly better than that in the spectacle group,with a statistically significant difference(Z=3.453,P=0.001,＜0.05).Visual improvement was significantly greater in the RGPCL group than in the spectacle group(Z=-3.699,P=0.000,＜0.05).Conclusions Compared with spectacles,RGPCL wear in children with unilateral high myopic amblyopia results in faster visual improvement and facilitates the establishment of stereopsis.
