激光疗法在马骨骼肌肉系统疾病中的研究进展OA

马骨骼肌肉系统疾病是导致竞技马运动表现下降甚至提前退役的最主要原因,对马产业造成巨大经济损失.因此,针对马骨骼肌肉系统疾病应用更加安全、有效的治疗方法一直是马临床医学的研究重点.激光疗法(laser therapy)作为一种非侵入性治疗手段,在马骨骼肌肉系统疾病治疗中逐渐得到广泛应用.激光疗法是用不同波长的激光照射组织以起到抗炎、镇痛、促进创口愈合等治疗效果的方法,已被用于治疗骨关节炎、肌腱韧带损伤、外伤、蹄部疾病和疼痛管理等.笔者综述了激光疗法的基本原理,介绍了不同激光类型及生物学机制,重点分析了其在治疗马骨骼肌肉系统疾病、创口愈合及疼痛管理中的临床应用.激光疗法利用光生物学效应和光热效应,增强细胞代谢、促进血液循环、加速组织修复过程,对软组织损伤和骨骼损伤治疗具有积极作用,尤其在运动损伤治疗和术后康复中使用,能显著改善马的运动表现.激光疗法还可与针灸疗法、再生医学疗法联合应用,体现了良好的治疗效果.激光疗法的禁忌症、不良反应和参数设置等问题有待进一步深入研究.本综述旨在为激光治疗马骨骼肌肉系统疾病提供更多参考依据,进一步提高同行对该疗法的了解程度与认识水平.

Musculoskeletal disorders are the primary causes of poor performance and early retirement in sport horses,resulting in substantial economic losses to the equine industry.Consequently,the development of safer and more effective therapeutic approaches for equine musculoskeletal diseases has remained a critical focus in equine clinical medicine.Laser therapy,as a non-invasive therapeutic modality,has gained increasing application in the management of equine musculoskeletal disorders.This technique utilizes tissue irradiation with specific wavelengths of light to promote anti-inflammatory,analgesic,and tissue repair effects,and has been clinically employed in osteoarthritis management,tendon/ligament injury rehabilitation,wound healing,hoof diseases and pain control.This review elucidates the fundamental principles of laser therapy,delineates the biological mechanisms of various laser types,and critically evaluates their clinical applications in equine musculoskeletal diseases,wound management and pain mitigation.The therapeutic efficacy of laser therapy arises from synergistic photobiological and photothermal effects,which enhance cellular metabolism,improve microcirculation,and accelerate tissue regeneration,demonstrating significant benefits in both soft tissue and osseous injury repair.Notably,it has shown remarkable effectiveness in restoring athletic performance during post-traumatic rehabilitation and postoperative recovery in sport horses.Furthermore,the integration of laser therapy with acupuncture and regenerative medicine modalities has exhibited promising clinical outcomes.However,critical issues such as contraindications,potential adverse reactions,and optimal parameter settings require further systematic investigation.This review aims to provide comprehensive evidence-based insights into laser therapy applications in equine musculoskeletal disorders,thereby enhancing veterinary practitioners'understanding and clinical decision-making capabilities.
