非自杀性自伤青少年父母事件相关反刍思维及相关因素OACHSSCD

Objective:To investigate the status and related factors of event-related rumination among parents of adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI).Methods:A total of 268 parents of NSSI adolescents completed a self-developed demographic questionnaire,the Chinese version of the Event-Related Rumination Inventory(CER-RI),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7),and 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9).Results:The average total CERRI score was(27.3±13.7),with intrusive and de-liberate rumination scores of(12.5±7.8)and(14.8±7.1),respectively.Higher intrusive rumination scores were observed among mothers,parents of female adolescents,those with low family income,and those with low social support(Ps＜0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that monthly family income was negatively correla-ted with intrusive(β=-0.16)and deliberate(β=-1.13)rumination scores.Place of residence was positively correlated with both intrusive(β=0.12)and deliberate(β=0.13)rumination.GAD-7 scores were positively cor-related with both intrusive(β=0.44)and deliberate(β=0.36)rumination.Conclusion:Parents of NSSI adoles-cents exhibit higher levels of deliberate rumination compared to intrusive rumination.Monthly family income,place of residence,and anxiety level are common factors associated with both types of rumination.
