A review of theories on mechanisms of mental illness stigma
精神疾病污名对患者的身心健康和社会生活产生了广泛且深刻的负面影响,已成为国内外精神卫生领域亟须解决的重要问题.本文综合多学科研究成果,系统回顾了精神疾病污名产生机制的主要理论,详细介绍了各理论的核心假设及适用范围,并指出未来研究应进一步加强对宏观结构性因素的探讨,强化实证研究支撑.同时,应重视对消除污名理论模型的梳理与发展,并关注中国文化背景下的相关研究.
Mental illness stigma has pervasive and profound negative effects on patients'physical and men-tal health as well as their social lives,making it a critical issue in the field of mental health both domestically and internationally.This review synthesizes representative theories underlying mental illness stigma formation from mul-tiple disciplines and provides a detailed introduction to the core assumptions and applicability of each theory.Future research should focus more on structural factors while strengthening empirical studies.Attention should be given to the development and refinement of anti-stigma theories,with particular emphasis on research within the Chinese cul-tural.
