中国精神分裂症人群认知功能损害的研究现状和展望OACHSSCD

Cognitive impairment is one of the core symptoms of schizophrenia and has profound effects on patients'clinical outcomes and functional recovery.In China,however,its recognition and assessment remain in-sufficient,and effective treatment options are still limited.In this review,we provide an overview of current status of research on cognitive impairment in people with schizophrenia in China,including epidemiology,its impact on prognosis,potential pathophysiological mechanisms,clinical assessment methods,and updates in both pharmaco-logical and non-pharmacological treatments.It also discusses existing limitations and future research directions,ai-ming to raise awareness among clinicians and provide inspiration and insights for future research in this field.
