以覃塘莲藕、鄂莲 6 号和鄂莲 10 号为材料,设置铺底膜(M)和不铺底膜(CK)2 个处理,分析铺底膜栽培方式对莲田土壤养分、莲叶片生长和光合特性及莲藕产量的影响,以期为莲藕优质高效栽培提供参考.结果表明:3 个品种在定植后 60~150 d,M处理的土壤pH均显著高于相应CK,定植后 180 d,鄂莲 6 号M处理的土壤pH显著高于CK;3 个品种在定植后各时间M处理的土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮、全磷、有效磷、全钾和速效钾含量均显著高于相应CK.定植后 120 d,覃塘莲藕M处理的叶柄高和叶柄粗均显著高于CK;定植后 90 d,鄂莲 6 号M处理的叶柄高、叶片长半径、叶片短半径均显著高于CK;定植后 60 d,鄂莲 10 号M处理的叶柄高、叶柄粗均显著高于CK.鄂莲 6 号在定植后 60d与覃塘莲藕在定植后 90 d,M处理的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2 浓度和蒸腾速率均高于相应CK.鄂莲 6 号、覃塘莲藕、鄂莲 10 号M处理的产量较CK分别显著提高 109.58%、65.28%、42.84%.综上,藕田铺底膜栽培方式能保持土壤养分,提高肥料利用率,促进莲叶片生长和光合能力,提高莲藕产量,是一项值得推广的轻简化高效栽培技术.

Taking three cultivars of Nelumbo nucifera,Qintang lotus,Elian No.6 and Elian No.10 as materials,two ex-perimental treatments were set:Subsurface geomembrane mulch(M)and no subsurface geomembrane mulch(CK).Ef-fects of subsurface geomembrane mulching on soil nutrient dynamics,growth and photosynthetic parameters of lotus leaves,yield of rhizome were analyzed,in order to provide references for high-quality and high-efficiency cultivation of lotus.The results showed that during 60-150 days after transplanting(DAT),soil pH under M treatment was significantly higher than that under the corresponding CK for all three cultivars.At 180 DAT,soil pH of Elian No.6 under M treatment was significantly higher than that under CK.The content of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus,total potassium and available potassium under M treatment were significantly higher than those under the corresponding CK at each sampling date for all three cultivars.At 120 DAT,petiole height and petiole thickness of Qintang lotus under M treatment were significantly higher than those under the corresponding CK.At 90 DAT,petiole height,leaf long radius and leaf short radius of Elian No.6 under M treatment were significantly higher than those under the corresponding CK.At 60 DAT,petiole height and petiole thickness of Elian No.10 under M treat-ment were significantly higher than those under the corresponding CK.At 60 DAT of Elian No.6 and 90 DAT of Qintang lotus,the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration,and transpiration rate under M treatment were higher than those under the corresponding CK.Compared with CK,the rhizome yield under M treatment increased by 109.58%of Elian No.6,65.28%of Qintang lotus,and 42.84%of Elian No.10,respectively.In conclusion,subsurface geomenbrane mulching cultivation pattern of lotus can maintain soil nutrients,improve fertilizer use efficien-cy,promote leaf growth and photosynthetic capacity,and increase rhizome yield.It is a labor-saving and efficient cultiva-tion technique worthy of popularization.
