手术安全核查人员执行体验的质性研究OA

Objective To investigate the execution experience of surgical safety verification personnel,so as to provide targeted and effective coping measures.Methods A descriptive qualitative study was con-ducted using purposeful sampling.Semi-structured interviews were performed with 20 surgical safety verification personnel from a tertiary grade A hospital in Yantai City between July and November 2024.Data analysis was carried out using content analysis.Results Four themes and 16 sub-themes emerged.Theme 1 reflec-ted implementation status(insufficient compliance,decreasing standardization,varying enthusiasm,and proceduralized responses).Theme 2 reflected implementation barriers(excessive workload,inadequate relevant knowledge,insufficient timing identification,defects in verification tools,and verification-related burnout).Theme 3 reflected perceived benefits(enhanced safety awareness,improved surgical coordination,and promoted team collaboration).Theme 4 reflected improvement suggestions(enhanced training,standardized procedures,reasonable supervision,and reminder system establishment).Conclusions Surgical safety verification is influenced by multiple factors.Administrators should reduce barriers in safety verification tasks,create supportive environments for verification,strengthen safety verification training,and improve personnel's cognitive levels to promote standardized implementation of surgical safety verification.
