目的 通过文献计量学方法对机器人辅助肝切除术(robot-assisted hepatectomy,RAH)相关文献进行可视化分析,明确当前 RAH 研究热点与发展趋势.方法 检索 Web of Science(WoS)数据库2000 年1 月1 日至2025 年12 月31 日期间,主题为"robot-assisted hepatectomy"的科学引文索引扩展版(science citation index expanded,SCIE)文献,运用 CiteSpace 和 VOSviewer 软件分析文献出版年、国家、机构、期刊、作者、高被引文献、合作网络以及关键词共现网络,并绘制可视化视图.结果 共纳入304 篇文献.从2008 年起,RAH 相关 SCIE 文献年发文量持续上升,2019-2025 年进入快速增长期,年均增长率达26.6%,2025 年发文量58 篇,创历史峰值.美国(103 篇,33.88%)、中国(82 篇,26.97%)、意大利(80 篇,26.32%)等为核心贡献国(合计87.17%).机构中美国 AdventHealth Tampa(20 篇)居首位,中国人民解放军总医院与意大利 University of Modena and Reggio Emilia(均14 篇)并列第二.期刊分布结果显示,Surgical Endoscopy and Other Interventional Techniques(43 篇)发文量最高,其次是 American Surgeon(21 篇).合作网络特征显示国际协作核心枢纽机构依次为美国 AdventHealth Tampa、中国人民解放军总医院及意大利 University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.学者影响力分析显示,Sucandy I(39 篇)是最高产作者;Coratti A(587 次)、Choi GH(365 次)与 SucandyⅠ(342 次)为前三位高被引学者.高被引期刊前三位是 Surgical Endoscopy and Other Interventional Techniques(893 次)、HBP(399 次)、Annals of Surgical Oncology(281 次).关键词共现网络显示高频关键词为 laparoscopic hepatectomy、alveolar echino-coccosis 和 international study,其为当前研究热点.突现词分析表明 cancer、laparoscopic hepatectomy 相关技术革新为目前研究新兴趋势.结论 全球 RAH 的研究活跃度持续提升,我国与西方国家的研究差距逐渐缩小,当前研究热点及发展趋势集中于癌症、泡型包虫病相关 RAH 治疗,以及与腹腔镜肝切除术的技术对比及技术革新.

Objective To conduct a bibliometric analysis of robot-assisted hepatectomy(RAH)related publications,visualize publication trends,and identify current research hotspots and emerging developments.Methods SCIE-indexed publications on Web of Science were retrieved using the keyword"robot-assisted hep-atectomy",covering the period from January 1,2000 to December31,2025.Bibliometric methods were applied to analyze publication years,countries/regions,institutions,journals,authors,highly cited publica-tions,collaboration networks,and keyword co-occurrence networks.Results A total of 304 publications were included.Annual RAH-related publications had increased steadily since 2008,entering a rapid growth phase(average annual growth rate:26.6%)between2019 and2025,with a historical peak of 58 publications in2025.The United States was the top contributor(103 articles,33.88%),followed by China(82 articles,26.97%)and Italy(80 articles,26.32%),representing the primary contributors to global RAH research.Among institutions,AdventHealth Tampa(USA)led with 20 publications,followed by Chinese PLA General Hospital(China)and University of Modena and Reggio Emilia(Italy),each with 14 publications.The most prolific journal was Surgical Endoscopy and Other Interventional Techniques(43 articles),followed by American Surgeon(21 articles).The collaboration network analysis revealed AdventHealth Tampa exhibited the high-est degree of external collaboration,followed by Chinese PLA General Hospital and University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.Scholarly influence analysis indicated that Sucandy I(39 publications,342 citations)was the most prolific author,and together with Coratti A(587 citations)and Choi GH(365 citations)ranking as the top three most highly cited scholars.Top cited journals included Surgical Endoscopy and Other Intervention-al Techniques(893 citations),HBP(399 citations)and Annals of Surgical Oncology(281 citations).Keyword co-occurrence analysis identified"laparoscopic hepatectomy","alveolar echinococcosis"and"interna-tional study group"as high-frequency terms reflecting current hotspots.Keywords such as"cancer"and"laparoscopic hepatectomy"indicated emerging trends.Conclusion Global RAH research activity is ex-panding rapidly,with the research output gap between China and western countries narrowing steadily.Current focuses and emerging trends primarily center on cancer,alveolar echinococcosis,and laparo-scopic hepatectomy.
