我国甘蔗种业发展现状及建议OA
Development Status and Recommendations for Sugarcane Seed Industry in China
甘蔗是全球第一大糖料作物,我国蔗糖产量占食糖总量的 87%,甘蔗种业发展直接关乎国家食糖供给安全.本文通过梳理国内外甘蔗种业发展现状,系统分析我国甘蔗种业的优势与短板,并提出针对性发展建议.我国已建成全球最大的甘蔗种质资源圃,高产高糖新品种选育达国际领先水平;在高糖亲本创制、杂交育种源头可控、高效育种技术研发及第五代主栽品种推广等方面取得重大突破.在历代品种改良中,第五代品种改良首次实现了甘蔗单产持续稳超全球平均水平.但同时,我国甘蔗种业仍存在种质资源采集鉴定不足、现代生物技术应用滞后、宜机化品种选育及脱毒种苗应用欠缺等短板.基于此,提出加强种质资源鉴定创制、推动现代育种技术落地、加快宜机化品种选育、加大脱毒种苗推广力度等建议,为我国甘蔗种业高质量发展提供理论参考.
Sugarcane,the world's largest sugar crop,accounts for 87%of China's total sugar production,making the development of sugarcane seed industry crucial to national sugar supply security.This paper reviews the global status of sugarcane seed industry,systematically analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of China's sugarcane seed industry,and proposes targeted development recommendations.China has established the world's largest sugarcane germplasm resource garden,with high-yield and high-sugar new variety breeding reaching international top levels.Significant breakthroughs have been achieved in high-sugar parent creation,controllable hybrid breeding sources,efficient breeding technology development,and the promotion of fifth-generation main varieties.In successive generations of variety improvement,the fifth-generation variety improvement has for the first time achieved sustained and stable global average yield surpassing.However,China's sugarcane seed industry still faces challenges such as insufficient germplasm resource collection and identification,limited application of modern biotechnology,inadequate mechanization-friendly variety breeding,and insufficient adoption of virus-free seedlings.Based on this,recommendations are proposed to strengthen germplasm resource identification and creation,promote the implementation of modern breeding technologies,accelerate mechanization-friendly variety breeding,and increase the promotion of virus-free seedlings,providing theoretical references for the high-quality development of China's sugarcane seed industry.
