皱基盘绒茧蜂的寄生特性及发育历期OA
Parasitic Characteristics and Developmental Period of Cotesia tibialis
[目的]为评价皱基盘绒茧蜂对甜菜主要害虫旋幽夜蛾的防控效果.[方法]室内条件下测定了皱基盘绒茧蜂对不同虫龄旋幽夜蛾幼虫的寄生效果、产卵所用时间和单头寄主产茧量,并测定了不同温度下皱基盘绒茧蜂的发育历期,采用直线回归法计算出皱基盘绒茧蜂各发育阶段的发育起点温度和有效积温.[结果]皱基盘绒茧蜂寄生3 龄、4 龄、5 龄旋幽夜蛾幼虫的结茧率分别为15.1%、49.2%、27.8%,致死率分别为81.1%、44.3%、44.4%.皱基盘绒茧蜂成功寄生的单次寄生时长分布在4~74 s,平均为(13.2±0.7)s,单次寄生单头寄主可产蜂茧 1~107 个,平均为(42.4±1.8)个.不同温度下皱基盘绒茧蜂各发育阶段(自卵至茧、茧至羽化、卵至羽化)的发育历期随温度升高而缩短.皱基盘绒茧蜂自卵至茧、茧至羽化、卵至羽化的发育起点温度依次为(10.91±1.45)℃、(9.25±2.37)℃、(9.93±0.44)℃,所需有效积温依次为(145.01±15.19)℃·d、(96.93±14.92)℃·d、(249.04±7.38)℃·d.[结论]本研究结果为田间利用皱基盘绒茧蜂防治旋幽夜蛾提供了科学依据.
[Objective]To evaluate the control effect of Cotesia tibialis on Discestra trifolii,[Methods]parasitic effect of Cotesia tibialis on Discestra trifolii larvae of different instars,time taken for oviposition and cocoon number in single host of Cotesia tibialis were observed in the laboratory.Developmental period of Cotesia tibialis was also determined at different constant temperature,and developmental threshold temperatures and total effective temperatures of developmental periods of Cotesia tibialis were calculated by linear regression method.[Results]The results showed that the cocooning rates of 3rd,4th and 5th larvae of Discestra trifolii parasitized by Cotesia tibialis were 15.1%,49.2%and 27.8%,and the mortality was 81.1%,44.3%and 44.4%,respectively.The time of single successful parasitism of Cotesia tibialis was distributed between 4 s and 74 s,with an average of(13.2±0.7)s.After a single parasitism,it could produce 1 to 107 cocoons per host,with an average of 42.4±1.8.The developmental periods of different developmental stages(egg to cocoon,cocoon to adult,and egg to adult)were shortened with the increase of temperature.The developmental threshold temperature from egg to cocoon,cocoon to adult,egg to adult were(10.91±1.45)℃,(9.25±2.37)℃and(9.93±0.44)℃,respectively.The total effective temperature from egg to cocoon,cocoon to adult,egg to adult were(145.01±15.19)℃·d,(96.93±14.92)℃·d and(249.04±7.38)℃·d respectively.[Conclusion]The results provide a scientific basis for controlling Discestra trifolii by using Cotesia tibialis in the field.
