[目的]镁是植物必需元素,本试验目的为查明镁元素对甜菜幼苗生长和养分吸收的影响.[方法]试验在哈尔滨市田间黑土条件下开展,设置 3 个镁肥水平(Mg0:0 kg/hm2、Mg40:40 kg/hm2、Mg80:80 kg/hm2),分析其对甜菜幼苗形态指标、生物量、光合色素含量及矿质元素吸收的影响.[结果]不同镁肥处理均显著促进了甜菜幼苗的株高、功能叶面积及叶面积指数的增长,其中 Mg80 处理效果最优,株高、叶长、叶宽分别较对照提高 28.46%、39.33%和 59.65%.此外,镁肥显著提升了叶绿素 a、b 及总叶绿素含量,并促进了地上部和地下部干物质的积累.养分分析显示,镁肥不仅提高了植株中 Mg 和 Ca 的含量,还显著增加了 Zn、Fe、Mn、Cu 等微量元素的吸收与积累修改为.Mg80 处理下,与对照比,Mg 地上部积累量显著提高 98.45%,地下部积累量提高84.48%;Ca 地上部积累量提高89.23%,地下部积累量提高97.65%.[结论]综上,该生产条件下施用80 kg/hm2 镁肥可有效优化甜菜幼苗生长及养分利用,为东北黑土区甜菜高产栽培提供了科学依据.

[Objective]Magnesium is an essential plant nutrient.The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of magnesium on the growth and nutrient absorption of sugar beet seedlings.[Methods]A field experiment was conducted on black soil in Harbin.Three magnesium fertilizer rates were applied:Mg0(0 kg/hm2),Mg40(40 kg/hm2),and Mg80(80 kg/hm2).Effects on seedling morphological traits,biomass,photosynthetic pigment content,and mineral element uptake were analyzed.[Results]The results showed that all magnesium fertilizer treatments significantly promoted the growth of sugar beet seedlings in terms of plant height,functional leaf area,and leaf area index.Among them,the Mg80 treatment was most effective,with plant height,leaf length,and leaf width increasing by 28.46%,39.33%and 59.65%,respectively,compared to the control.Furthermore,magnesium fertilizer significantly increased chlorophyll a,b,and total chlorophyll contents,compared to the control,and promoted dry matter accumulation in both above-ground and below-ground parts.Nutrient analysis revealed that magnesium fertilizer not only elevated Mg and Ca content in plants but also significantly increased the uptake and accumulation of trace elements such as Zn,Fe,Mn,and Cu.Under the Mg80 treatment,compared to the control,Mg accumulation in the above-ground parts increased significantly by 98.45%,while in the below-ground parts it increased by 84.48%;Ca accumulation in the above-ground parts increased by 89.23%,and in the below-ground parts by 97.65%.[Conclusion]In summary,applying 80 kg/hm2 of magnesium fertilizer under these production conditions effectively optimizes sugar beet seedling growth and nutrient utilization,providing scientific support for high-yield sugar beet cultivation in Northeast China's black soil region.
