国家甘蔗新品种(系)第十七轮区试新植广西河池点试验评价OA
Evaluation of the 17th Round of New Planting Regional Trials for National New Sugarcane Varieties(lines)in Hechi,Guangxi
[目的]开展国家甘蔗新品种(系)第十七轮新植区域试验,为筛选出适合在河池蔗区推广应用的甘蔗新品种(系)提供参考依据.[方法]以'桂柳 05136'为对照 1(CK1)、'桂糖 42 号'为对照2(CK2),对13 个参试甘蔗新品种(系)进行田间试验,观察分析其出苗率、分蘖率、株高、茎径、有效茎数、产量、蔗糖分、纤维分及病虫害抗性等重要工农艺性状表现.[结果]结果表明,'中蔗19 号'和'中蔗18 号'综合表现较好,'中蔗19 号'产量为 79.381 t/hm2,比 CK1 增产 33.47%,比 CK2 增产 21.44%;平均蔗糖分为 16.32%,比 CK2 高 0.96 个百分点.'中蔗 18 号'产量为76.772 t/hm2,比 CK1 增产 29.09%,比 CK2 增产 17.45%;平均蔗糖分为 15.69%,比 CK2 高0.33 个百分点.[结论]综合各参试品种(系)在广西河池点的产量、蔗糖分和田间抗性等性状表现,'中蔗19 号'和'中蔗18 号'综合表现较好,建议对这两个新品种(系)进行扩繁观察.
[Objective]Carrying out the 17th round of new planting area trials of new sugarcane varieties(lines)at the national level,to provide reference basis for screening out new sugarcane varieties(lines)suitable for promotion and application in the sugarcane areas of Hechi.[Methods]Field trials were conducted with 13 new sugarcane varieties(lines),using'Guiliu 05136'as control 1(CK1)and'Guitang 42'as control 2(CK2).The performance of important agronomic traits were observed and analyzed,including germination rate,tillering rate,plant height,stem diameter,number of stems,yield,sucrose content,fiber content and resistance to diseases and pests.[Results]The results showed that'Zhongzhe 19'and'Zhongzhe 18'had relatively good comprehensive performances.The yield of'Zhongzhe 19'was 79.381 t/hm2,which was 33.47%higher than CK1 and 21.44%higher than CK2.The average sucrose content was 16.32%,which was 0.96 percentage point higher than CK2.The yield of'Zhongzhe 18'was 76.772 t/hm2,which was 29.09%higher than CK1 and 17.45%higher than CK2.The average sucrose content was 15.69%,which was 0.33 percentage point higher than CK2.[Conclusion]Based on the yield,sucrose content and field resistance and other traits of each variety(line)at the Hechi site in Guangxi,'Zhongzhe 19'and'Zhongzhe 18'performed relatively well overall.It is recommended to conduct expansion and observation on these two new varieties(lines).
