Drug Resistance and Detection Technologies in Coccidia of Livestock and Poultry

球虫病严重威胁畜禽养殖业的健康发展,由于抗球虫药物的长期广泛使用,畜禽球虫已普遍产生耐药性,且表现出多重耐药的特点,使球虫病防控形势更加严峻.针对球虫耐药性问题,研究人员开发了多种体内和体外耐药性检测技术,其中体内检测技术应用较为广泛.为加强畜禽的球虫耐药性监测以及开发更加快速、简便和经济的耐药性检测技术,本文对主要畜禽的球虫耐药性情况和耐药性检测技术的研究进展进行综述,以期为抗球虫药物合理使用和畜禽球虫病防控提供参考.

Coccidiosis poses a major threat to the sustainable development of the livestock and poultry industry.Due to the long-term and widespread use of anticoccidial drugs,resistance has become common among coccidia infecting livestock and poultry,often exhibiting multidrug resistance,has made coccidiosis prevention and control increasingly challenging.To address this issue,researchers have developed various in vivo and in vitro resistance detection techniques,with in vivo assays being the most widely applied.To strengthen resistance surveillance and promote the development of faster,simpler,and more cost-effective detection methods,this paper reviews the current status of anticoccidial drug resistance in major livestock and poultry species and summarizes recent advances in detection technologies.The findings aim to provide a scientific reference for the rational use of anticoccidial drugs and the effective control of coccidiosis in livestock and poultry.
