异甘草素抗癌的研究进展OA
Advances in anticancer effects of isoliquiritigenin
癌症是全球第二大死亡原因,尽管近几年治疗癌症已经取得了显著进展,但发生率和死亡率仍然居高不下,因此寻找有效的癌症治疗药物仍是当前的研究重点.异甘草素(ISL)作为一种天然化合物的提取物,近年来被广泛研究其在抗肿瘤中的作用.本文就ISL在抗癌方面的研究进行综述,探讨了ISL通过控制细胞周期、转移、血管生成、细胞死亡以及免疫系统抑制癌症的发生与发展,并通过磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(PI3K/AKT/mTOR)、表皮生长因子受体/细胞外信号调节激酶1/2(EGFR/ERK1/2)、信号转导和转录激活因子3(STAT3)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)等信号通路发挥作用,同时讨论ISL与一线抗癌药物联用的效果以及其纳米制剂在抗肿瘤中的作用.
Cancer is the second leading cause of death worldwide.Despite significant recent progress in the treatment of cancer,the incidence and mortality rate are still high,and finding effective drugs to treat cancer thus remains a focus of research.The natural compound extract,isoliquiritigenin(ISL),has been widely studied in terms of its anti-tumor effects in recent years.This article reviews recent research progress on the anti-cancer effects of ISL,and discusses its role in suppressing the occurrence of cancer by controlling the cell cycle,metastasis,angiogenesis,cell death,and the immune system.Among these mechanisms,ISL suppresses the development of cancer through the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B/mammalian target of rapamycin,epidermal growth factor receptor/extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2,and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 pathways.In addition,we also consider the roles of ISL in combination with first-line anticancer drugs and the anti-tumor properties of its nano-preparations.
