2022～2024年湖南省国产普通化妆品备案常见问题分析与思考OA

This paper reviews and analyzes common issues identified during the filing review of domestic general cosmetics in Hunan Province from2022 to2024.Based on current laws and regulations,the study categorizes typical problems and proposes targeted recommendations to support filers and inform improvements in regulatory oversight.Filers are advised to strengthen their sense of primary responsibility,improve product quality and safety foundations,and establish robust quality management systems.Regulatory authorities should continue enhancing the cosmetics regulatory framework,build the capacity of review teams,optimize communication channels,and implement riskbased,sciencedriven supervision to ensure the quality and safety of cosmetic products.
