微山县乌鳢质量安全监管对策研究OA

As a shallow water grass type lake,Weishan Lake has a unique natural resource endowment for the growth and reproduction of the snakehead Channa argus.Weishan County is the birthplace and sale distribution center of snakehead aquaculture in China and has been awarded the title of"Hometown of Chinese snakehead".In order to promote healthy industry development of the snakehead,this study focused on the quality and safety supervision of snakeheads aquaculture in Weishan County.Based on statistical data such as snakehead production and work experi-ence of Weishan County,the development overview and quality and safety supervision of the snakehead industry in Weishan County were summarized.Meanwhile,the problems in the quality and safety supervision of snakeheads in Weishan County were analyzed.Based on that basis,practical and feasible regulatory measures have been proposed,including promoting green and healthy breeding,cultivating new business models and operators,strengthening the construction of regulatory systems,implementing the commitment of qualification system,enhancing the supervision of acquisition,storage,transportation,and market links,and promoting quality and safety credit supervision.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2025,15(5):47-54]
