Analysis of differences in aquatic product safety standards across the strait and research on collaborative development paths
本研究基于两岸水产品安全指标比对数据,系统剖析两岸水产品安全标准体系的差异.结合2025 年前三季度台湾地区输入大陆水产品贸易实际,识别标准差异对贸易流通、质量管控的影响,最终从标准协同、监管联动和技术互认等维度提出政策建议,为推动两岸水产品贸易高质量发展、保障消费者健康提供参考.[中国渔业质量与标准,2025,15(5):37-46]
Based on the comparative data of aquatic product safety indicators across the Taiwan Strait,this paper sys-tematically analyzes the differences between the aquatic product safety standard systems on both sides.Combined with the actual situation of aquatic product trade from Taiwan region to Chinese mainland in 2025,it identifies the impacts of these standard differences on trade circulation and quality control.Finally,the paper proposes policy suggestions aimed at standard coordination,regulatory linkage,and technical mutual recognition,thereby providing references for promoting the high-quality development of cross-Strait aquatic product trade and safeguarding consumer health.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2025,15(5):37-46]
