新疆艾比湖水质特征及富营养化评价OA
Water quality characteristics and eutrophication evaluation of Ebinur lake in Xinjiang
新疆艾比湖是卤虫(Artemia salina)资源极为丰富的内陆湖泊,其水环境受全球气候变化和人类活动的双重影响.为了探究艾比湖水质的变化特征,本研究分别于2014 年4 月和2023 年4 月对艾比湖的水质进行了系统监测,并对其富营养化风险进行评价.结果表明:2014 年春季艾比湖湖水中氨态氮、亚硝酸态氮和硝酸态氮浓度分别为0.37、0.70 和 16.75 mg/L,至2023 年时下降至0.04、0.12 和 1.47 mg/L,可见艾比湖湖水中3 种无机氮的浓度在2023 年与2014 年相比差异极显著(P<0.001).通过水体富营养化评价可知,艾比湖2014 年和2023 年的富营养化指数分别为(232~1 620)和(29~57),表明水体富营养化程度已减轻.同时,虽然2014 年与2023 年所有点位均为磷限制性潜在性富营养化,但2023 年艾比湖水体潜在性富营养化程度相较于2014 年有所改善,富营养化趋势减缓,说明近十年来艾比湖流域生态保护与环境治理工作具有一定成效.[中国渔业质量与标准,2025,15(5):01-10]
Ebinur Lake is an inland lake in Xinjiang with extremely abundant Artemia salina resources,and its water environment is influenced by both global climate change and human activities.To investigate the characteristics of wa-ter quality changes in Ebinur Lake,this study conducted systematic monitoring of the lake in April 2014 and April 2023 and evaluated eutrophication risk.The results showed thatconcentrations of ammonia nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,and nitrate nitrogen in Ebinur Lake were 0.37,0.70,and 16.75 mg/L in the spring of 2014,respectively.Howev-er,they had decreased to 0.04,0.12,and 1.47 mg/L by 2023.These reductions were statistically significant(P<0.001).Eutrophication evaluation revealed that eutrophication index of Ebinur Lake decreased from 232-1 620 in 2014 to 29-57 in 2023,indicating a marked reduction in eutrophication.Meanwhile,although all monitoring sites in both 2014 and 2023 remained phosphorus-limited and exhibited potential for eutrophication,overall eutrophication of Ebinur Lake in 2023 improved compared to 2014 and the eutrophication trend slowed.These changes suggest that eco-logical protection and environmental management measures in the Ebinur Lake basin over the past decade have a-chieved certain effects.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2025,15(5):01-10]
