新质生产力是新一轮科技革命和产业变革背景下的先进生产力质态,显著特征是创新.作为数字乡村建设的核心力量,农民应通过职业培训完成从"传统老农民"向"数字新农人"的内涵式发展.目前,数字新农人培训呈现政策日臻完善、对象日趋扩大与内容逐渐多元的趋势,但仍存在培训内容的精准性有待提高、培训体系的可持续性有待提升、培训设施的支持性有待加强等问题.通过分析新质生产力与数字新农人的内在关联性,构建包含新质生产力关照与数字新农人职业培训两个体系在内的新质生产力视阈下的数字新农人职业培训模型.应重视新质生产力的赋能作用,强调数字化转型的重塑作用,发挥数字新农人的主体作用,强化培训提供者的整合作用,以此助力数字新农人职业培训效能的提升.

New productive forces represent an advanced form of productive forces against the backdrop of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,with innovation as their prominent feature.As the core driving force in digital rural construction,farmers should accomplish the connotative development from"traditional farmers"to"digital-savvy new-type farmers"through vocational training.At present,the training for digital new-type farmers shows a trend of increasingly refined policies,expanding target groups and diversified content.However,there remain such problems as the need to improve the precision of training content,enhance the sustainability of the training system,and strengthen the support of training facilities.By analyzing the inherent correlation between new productive forces and digital new-type farmers,we can construct a vocational training model for digital new-type farmers from the perspective of new productive forces,which includes two subsystems:the guidance of new productive forces and the vocational training of digital new-type farmers.Therefore,we should attach importance to the enabling role of new productive forces,emphasize the reshaping role of digital transformation,give play to the principal role of digital new-type farmers,and strengthen the integrating role of training providers,so as to facilitate the improvement of the efficiency of vocational training for digital new-type farmers.
