教师"五育"领导力的核心要义、制约机制与培养路径OACHSSCD
The Core Essence,Constraint Mechanism and Cultivation Path of Teachers'Five-Education Leadership
教师"五育"领导力是实现"五育并举"、深化教育改革的重要抓手.其核心要义在于关注教师这一教育输出端,实现教师在角色、知识、权威、作用等层面的系统重塑.通过剖析教师"五育"领导力在环境、关系、个人等三个维度的制约机制,提出培养教师"五育"领导力的四条路径,即革新教育理念、改革组织体制、发展教学关系和完善评价体系.
Teachers'Five-Education Leadership is a vital approach to achieving the Five-Education Integration and deepening educational reform.Its core essence lies in focusing on teachers as the output end of education and systematically reshaping teachers in terms of roles,knowledge,authority,and functions.By analyzing the constraint mechanisms of Teachers'Five-Education Leadership in three dimensions of environment,relationship and individual,this paper proposes four paths to cultivate Teachers'Five-Education Leadership,namely,updating educational concepts,reforming organizational systems,developing teaching relationships and improving evaluation systems.
