农林院校大学生"慢就业"影响因素及政策启示OACHSSCD

Influenced by the massification of higher education,the transformation and upgrading of the agriculture and forestry sector,as well as entrenched traditional perceptions,agriculture and forestry disciplines have long been plagued by issues including insufficient industrial appeal and a mismatch between educational supply and market demand.Consequently,the prevalence of slow employment among graduates from agricultural and forestry universities has become increasingly pronounced.This study adopts a mixed-methods research approach,collecting 1,200 valid questionnaires and 20 interview samples from 10 agricultural and forestry institutions nationwide.Through descriptive statistical analysis,it identifies the characteristics and disparities associated with slow employment among students in these universities,and further establishes a structural equation model to quantitatively examine the influencing factors across four dimensions.The findings indicate that the slow employment rate among university students majoring in agriculture and forestry stands at 39.6%,and that slow employment stems from the combined effects of individual,social,familial,and institutional factors.Accordingly,this study proposes targeted policy recommendations,which offer an empirical and basis for resolving supply-side mismatches in the cultivation of agricultural and forestry talents and for supporting the national rural revitalization strategy.
