地方农林高校产科教融合赋能农业新质生产力发展的路径与思考OACHSSCD

Developing new quality productive forces in agriculture is the core driving force for advancing agricultural modernization and accelerating the construction of a strong agricultural country.As a key hub connecting regional agricultural development,talent cultivation,scientific and technological innovation and social services,local agricultural and forestry universities rely on the practical innovation of the integration of production,education and research as the core pathway to empower the development of new quality productive forces in agriculture.Based on the essential characteristics of new quality productive forces in agriculture and the macro-background of the policy system for the integration of production,education and research,this paper systematically expounds the internal logic of such integration empowering the development of new agricultural productive forces in local agricultural and forestry universities from three dimensions:distinctive strategic guidance,regional resource integration and grassroots value transformation.Meanwhile,it conducts an in-depth analysis of the practical bottlenecks in the process from four dimensions:policy adaptation,mechanism innovation,factor agglomeration and ecological co-construction.Furthermore,a systematic support system for the integration of production,education and research is constructed,and a four-dimensional linkage path of policy,mechanism,factor and ecology is proposed to support integrated empowerment.
