Comprehensive evaluation of production performance and nutritional quality of different oat varieties in moderately saline-alkali land of the Yellow River Delta

为筛选适宜黄河三角洲中度盐碱地种植的燕麦品种,以'贝勒2'、'黑玫克'、'福瑞至'、'挑战者'和'莫顿'5个国外引进燕麦品种为供试材料,采用随机区组试验设计,每个品种设置3个重复,共15个小区,测定各品种的生产性能、农艺性状和营养品质指标,并分析各指标的相关性,并采用主成分分析和灰色关联分析2种方法对供试燕麦品种进行综合评价.结果表明:1)'黑麦克'和'挑战者'的鲜草产量分别为14 700和21 133 kg/hm2,干草产量为4 219和5 709 kg/hm2,株高为67.37和70.73 cm,'福瑞至'和'黑玫克'的叶占比分别为30.65%和33.31%,穗占比为32.41%和35.45%.2)'黑玫克'和'福瑞至'的中性洗涤纤维含量分别为49.53和54.28 g/100 g,酸性洗涤纤维含量为23.61和27.23 g/100 g,'黑玫克'的粗蛋白含量为12.77 g/100 g,总可消化养分含量为64.46 g/100 g,相对饲喂价值为133.35,均高于其他品种.3)相关性分析表明,鲜草产量、干草产量与株高、茎占比均呈显著正相关;叶茎比与干草产量呈显著负相关;干物质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维与叶占比、叶茎比均呈显著负相关;总可消化养分、相对饲喂价值与叶占比、叶茎比、粗蛋白均呈显著正相关,与干物质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维呈显著负相关.4)主成分分析和灰色关联分析表明,'挑战者'、'黑玫克'和'莫顿'为综合排名前3的品种.综上,'挑战者'和'黑玫克'的生产性能、农艺性状和营养品质等指标均优于其他参试品种,在黄河三角洲中度盐碱地区综合生产性能优于其他参试品种,具有较大的推广种植潜力.

To select suitable oat varieties in the moderately saline-alkali land of the Yellow River Delta,five oat varieties introduced from abroad,namely'Baler 2','Haymaker','Forage','Challenge'and'Morton',were studied as experimental materials.A completely randomized block design was adopted with three replicates for each variety,totaling of 15 plots.The production performance,agronomic traits,and nutritional quality of each variety were measured.Correlation analysis was conducted among these indicators.Principal component analysis and grey relational analysis were used to comprehensively evaluate the tested oat varieties.The results showed that:1)The fresh yields of'Haymaker'and'Challenger'were 14 700 and 21 133 kg/hm2,hay yields were 4 219 and 5 709 kg/hm2,and plant heights were 67.37 and 70.73 cm,respectively.Meanwhile,leaf proportions of'Forage'and'Haymaker'were 30.65%and 33.31%,and the spike proportions were 32.41%and 35.45%.2)The neutral detergent fiber contents of'Haymaker'and'Forage'were 49.53 and 54.28 g/100 g,respectively,acid detergent fiber contents were 23.61 and 27.23 g/100 g,respectively.The crude protein and total digestible nutrients contents of'Haymaker'were 12.77 and 64.46 g/100 g,respectively,and relative feeding value was 133.35,which were higher than other varieties.3)Correlation analysis showed that fresh yield and hay yield were significantly positively correlated with plant height and stem proportion,while leaf proportion was significantly negatively correlated with hay yield.Dry matter,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were significantly negatively correlated with leaf proportion and leaf to stem ratio.Total digestible nutrients and relative feeding value were significantly positively correlated with leaf proportion,leaf to stem ratio,and crude protein,and significantly negatively correlated with dry matter,neutral detergent fiber,and acid detergent fiber.4)The results of principal component analysis and grey relational analysis indicated that'Challenger','Haymaker',and'Morton'ranked as the top three varieties.In conclusion,the production performance,nutritional quality and other indicators of'Challenger'and'Haymaker'outperformed other tested varieties,and the over performance in the moderately saline-alkaline land of the Yellow River Delta is better than that of other varieties,showing great potential for widespread planting.
