大食物观下农食系统碳排放效率与粮食安全的互动关系OA
Interactive relationship between carbon emission efficiency of the agri-food system and food security based on the Big Food Concept
为探究农食系统碳排放效率与粮食安全的相互关系,测算了 2015-2022年我国30个省级行政区农食系统碳排放效率和粮食安全水平(统计数据未包含西藏及港澳台地区,下同),利用联立方程模型检验两者的互动关系及中介机制.结果表明:1)我国农食系统碳排放总量呈增长态势,近年来增速有所降低;区域间碳排放效率差异明显,效率上升区域集中于东部地区.2)粮食安全水平的空间特征呈西南低东北高的格局,研究期内粮食安全水平上升.3)农食系统碳排放效率和粮食安全之间存在正向互动关系,气候变化和产业聚集效应发挥了显著中介作用.4)相比于西部地区,东部和中部地区正向互动效应更加显著;随着财政支持力度提升,正向互动效应显著增强.综上,本研究建议推进低碳技术应用与能源结构转型,构建以产业聚集推动农食系统低碳化的全产业链与政策体系,实施差异化支持以推动西部地区农食系统低碳转型.
To investigate the relationship between the carbon emission efficiency of the agri-food system and food security,this study calculated the carbon emission efficiency of the agri-food system and the level of food security for 30 provincial-level administrative regions in China from 2015 to 2022(Data do not include those of Xizang,Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan regions.The same applies below).A simultaneous equations model was employed to examine the interactive relationship and the underlying mediating mechanism between the two.The results indicate that:1)The total carbon emissions of the agri-food system showed an increasing trend,yet the growth rate has slowed in recent years.There were significant disparities in carbon emission efficiency across regions,with improvements concentrated in eastern regions.2)The spatial pattern of food security levels showed lower in the southwest and higher in the northeast.During the study period,food security levels generally improved.3)A positive interactive relationship was observed between the carbon emission efficiency of the agri-food system and food security,moreover the climate change and industrial agglomeration effects played significant mediating roles.4)Compared to the western region,the positive interaction in the eastern and central regions is markably more significant;With the increase of financial support,the positive interaction effect significantly strengthened.In conclusion,this study recommends promoting the application of low-carbon technologies and transitioning the energy structure,building an integrated industrial chain and policy system driven by industrial agglomeration to advance the low-carbon transformation of the agri-food system,and implementing differentiated support to facilitate the low-carbon transition of the agri-food system in western regions.
