基于经济技术指标分析的农业废弃物厌氧发酵技术评估OA

为全面综合评估多元物料厌氧混合发酵技术的技术可行性和经济合理性,利用经济技术指标模型和时间价值的动态分析方法,对牛粪厌氧湿发酵、牛粪+番茄秧双物料厌氧干发酵、牛粪+黄瓜秧双物料厌氧干发酵、牛粪+玉米秸秆+尾菜多元物料厌氧湿发酵4种情景下建设成本、运行与管理成本及产品收益对净现值、内部收益率和投资回收期的影响进行了研究.结果表明:1)4种情景在本研究条件下均具备盈利可行性;2)牛粪十玉米秸秆+尾菜多元物料厌氧湿发酵的投资效益最优,其20年净现值达2 085.8万元,内部收益率为36.7%,投资回收期仅3.5年;3)基准收益率、售电价格、产电效率、售热价格和沼渣价格对项目经济效益影响显著,而项目经济效益对仪器设备价格的敏感度较低.本研究可为我国农业产业园区废弃物高效资源化利用与可持续发展提供科学参考,有效助推农业产业绿色低碳转型升级.

To comprehensively and systematically evaluate the technical feasibility and economic rationality of the anaerobic co-digestion technology for multi-component substrates,this study adopted a techno-economic analysis model and coupled it with dynamic analysis methods that account for the time value of money.The impacts of construction costs,operation and management costs as well as product revenues on the net present value,internal rate of return,and payback period under four scenarios:anaerobic wet fermentation of cow dung,anaerobic dry fermentation of the binary mixture of cow dung and tomato vines,anaerobic dry fermentation of the binary mixture of cow dung and cucumber vines,anaerobic wet fermentation of the multi-material mixture of cow dung,corn stover and vegetable waste.The results showed that:1)All four scenarios are economically feasible for profit generation under the conditions of this study.2)The anaerobic wet fermentation of the multi-component mixture of cow dung,corn stover and vegetable waste achieved the optimal investment benefit,with a 20-year net present value of 20.858 million yuan,an internal rate of return of 36.7%and an investment payback period of only 3.5 years.3)The benchmark discount rate,electricity sales price,power generation efficiency,heat sales price and biogas residue price have significant impacts on the economic benefits of the project,while the economic benefits are less sensitive to the prices of instruments and equipment.In conclusion,this research provides a scientific basis for the efficient resource utilization of agricultural waste and sustainable development in China's agricultural industrial parks,and effectively promote the green,low-carbon transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industry.
