2022-2024年阜阳市食品中化学污染物及有害因素监测结果分析OA
Analysis of monitoring results for chemical contaminants and hazardous factors in food in Fuyang City,2022-2024
目的 了解阜阳市食品中化学污染物及有害因素的污染状况,追溯污染来源,识别食品安全隐患,为食品安全风险防控工作提供数据支撑.方法 基于2022-2024年《阜阳市食品安全风险监测方案》,在全市范围内多环节采集食品样本,按照《国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册》对样本中各类化学污染物及有害因素进行检测分析.结果 2022-2024年共完成20类422份食品样本的检测,涵盖207项指标,总体合格率为96.45%.检测发现6类食品中的15份样本存在9项指标超标现象,总超标率为3.55%.共计5大类污染物检出超标,超标率从高到低分别为农药残留(7.32%)、食品添加剂(4.08%)、真菌毒素(3.39%)、多元素(3.17%)、兽药残留及禁用药物(1.47%).结论 阜阳市食品安全状况整体较好,但常见食品类别如蔬菜、水果、谷物等制品仍存在污染物超标情况.建议实施更精准的监管策略,重点加强高风险环节掌控,以全面提升区域食品安全保障水平.
Objective To investigate the contamination status of chemical pollutants and hazardous fac-tors in food in Fuyang City,trace pollution sources,identify potential food safety risks,and provide data support for food safety risk prevention and control.Methods Based on the"Fuyang City Food Safety Risk Monitoring Plan(2022-2024)",food samples were collected from multiple stages across the city.Following the"National Manu-al for Food Contamination and Harmful Factors Risk Monitoring",various chemical pollutants and harmful factors in the samples were detected and analyzed.Results A total of 422 food samples across 20 categories were tested,covering 207 indicators,with an overall qualification rate of 96.45%.Testing revealed that 15 samples across 6 food categories exceeded regulatory limits for 9 indicators,resulting in an overall exceedance rate of 3.55%.Ex-ceedances were detected for five major categories of contaminants,ranked in descending order of exceedance rate as follows:pesticide residues(7.32%),food additives(4.08%),mycotoxins(3.39%),multiple elements(3.17%),and veterinary drug residues and prohibited substances(1.47%).Conclusions The overall food safety situation in Fuyang City is generally satisfactory.However,contaminant exceedances persist in common food categories such as vegetables,fruits,grains,and their products.It is recommended to implement more targeted regulatory strategies,focusing on strengthening control over high-risk segments,to comprehensively enhance the regional food safety assurance level.
