2022-2024年阜阳市食品中化学污染物及有害因素监测结果分析OA

Objective To investigate the contamination status of chemical pollutants and hazardous fac-tors in food in Fuyang City,trace pollution sources,identify potential food safety risks,and provide data support for food safety risk prevention and control.Methods Based on the"Fuyang City Food Safety Risk Monitoring Plan(2022-2024)",food samples were collected from multiple stages across the city.Following the"National Manu-al for Food Contamination and Harmful Factors Risk Monitoring",various chemical pollutants and harmful factors in the samples were detected and analyzed.Results A total of 422 food samples across 20 categories were tested,covering 207 indicators,with an overall qualification rate of 96.45％.Testing revealed that 15 samples across 6 food categories exceeded regulatory limits for 9 indicators,resulting in an overall exceedance rate of 3.55％.Ex-ceedances were detected for five major categories of contaminants,ranked in descending order of exceedance rate as follows:pesticide residues(7.32％),food additives(4.08％),mycotoxins(3.39％),multiple elements(3.17％),and veterinary drug residues and prohibited substances(1.47％).Conclusions The overall food safety situation in Fuyang City is generally satisfactory.However,contaminant exceedances persist in common food categories such as vegetables,fruits,grains,and their products.It is recommended to implement more targeted regulatory strategies,focusing on strengthening control over high-risk segments,to comprehensively enhance the regional food safety assurance level.
