基于logistic回归和决策树模型的基层医务人员医防融合工作满意度及影响因素分析OA
Satisfaction of grassroots medical staff with the integration of medical and preventive care and the influencing factors based on logistic regression and decision tree models
目的 分析基层医务人员对于医防融合工作的认知及满意度,为推进基层医防融合发展提供参考依据.方法 2024年4-5月在48个基层医疗机构选取748名基层医疗机构工作人员进行问卷调查.采用二元logistic回归分析及决策树模型探讨医务人员医防融合工作满意度的影响因素.结果 年龄、受教育程度、从事医疗及相关工作年限、岗位、职称,是影响基层医务人员满意度的主要因素(P<0.05).logistic回归结果显示,从业久、职称高、环境好、能力强、薪酬高、工作量少、成就感高者满意度高;决策树结果表明,环境中等、薪酬高且成就感高者满意度100%,环境中等、薪酬中低且能力中等者仅26.6%.结论 医防融合工作正在基层医疗卫生机构中不断推进,但仍面临诸多挑战.合理控制工作时间和工作量、优化工作环境、提升薪酬福利和职业成就感等措施是提升基层医务人员医防融合工作满意度的有效途径.
Objective To analyze the current state of primary healthcare workers' understanding and sat-isfaction with the integration of medical and preventive care,providing reference and insights for advancing the de-velopment of integrated medical and preventive care in primary healthcare institutions.Methods In April to May 2024,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 748 staff members from 48 primary healthcare institutions.Bi-nary logistic regression analysis and decision tree models were employed to explore the factors influencing health-care workers' satisfaction with the integration of medical and preventive services.Results Age,education level,years of experience in healthcare work,job position,and professional title were the main factors influencing the satisfaction of grassroots medical personnel,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The results of bi-nary logistic regression analysis indicated that grassroots medical personnel with more years of work experience,higher professional titles,better working environments,stronger work capabilities,higher salaries and benefits,less work time and workload,and higher sense of professional achievement had a higher satisfaction with the inte-gration of medical and preventive work;decision tree analysis results showed that medical staff with a medium work environment,high salary and benefits,and a high sense of professional achievement had the highest satisfaction with the integration of medical and preventive care(100%),and those with a medium work environment,medium to low salary and benefits,and medium work ability had the lowest satisfaction(26.6%).Conclusions The in-tegration of medical and preventive care is continuously advancing in primary healthcare institutions,yet it still faces numerous challenges.Reasonable control of working hours and workload,optimization of the work environ-ment,enhancement of salary and benefits and professional fulfillment are effective ways to improve the satisfaction of primary healthcare workers with the integration of medical and preventive care.
