基于层次分析法的我国健康帮扶成效评估指标体系构建OA
Effectiveness evaluation index system of health assistance in China based on analytic hierarchy process
文章在文献研究和政策分析基础上,对健康帮扶成效评估初始指标体系进行了研究.研究中,以德尔菲法开展两轮专家咨询,并运用层次分析法测算各项指标的指标权重,建立了包括健康帮扶投入、健康帮扶过程以及健康帮扶结果3个一级指标、9个二级指标、34个三级指标的健康帮扶成效评估指标体系.该指标体系科学可靠,权重设置合理,具有一定的应用价值,可为我国健康帮扶工作可持续发展提供理论依据.
Based on literature research and policy analysis,this paper studies the initial index system for effectiveness evaluation of health assistance.In this study,Delphi method was used to carry out two rounds of ex-pert consultation,the weight of each index was calculated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and an index sys-tem for evaluating the effectiveness of health assistance was established,including three first-level indicators,nine second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators,covering health assistance input,health assistance process and health assistance results.The index system is scientific and reliable with reasonable weight,which has certain application value and can provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development of health assistance in China.
