基于铁死亡理论探讨中医药防治骨关节炎的研究进展OA
Traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis based on ferroptosis theory
铁死亡是一种新型程序性细胞死亡形式,在骨关节炎(OA)病理过程中具有重要作用.研究表明,铁死亡通过铁代谢紊乱、脂质过氧化失控及抗氧化系统失衡等机制参与OA的发生发展.中医药(TCM)在防治OA方面具有独特优势,基于铁死亡理论探索TCM治疗OA已成为当前的研究热点.本文从铁死亡的调控机制及其与OA的关系出发,结合TCM调控铁死亡治疗OA的研究进展进行系统的归纳和整理,发现铁死亡在软骨细胞损伤、炎症反应及关节退变等环节中发挥重要调控作用,为OA的治疗提供了新思路.同时,中药活性成分如槲皮素、黄芩苷、丹参酮、姜黄素及复方如健脾通络方、养血柔筋方等,均能通过调控铁死亡相关通路改善OA病理过程.本文为铁死亡理论研究深化及其指导TCM防治OA提供了科学依据与参考价值.
Ferroptosis is a novel form of programmed cell death that plays a crucial role in pathogenesis of osteoarthritis(OA).Studies have shown that ferroptosis contributes to the onset and progression of OA through mechanisms such as iron metabolism disorder,uncontrolled lipid peroxidation,and imbalance of the antioxidant system.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in prevention and treatment of OA,and exploring TCM treatment for OA based on ferroptosis theory has become a current research hotspot.This article systematically summarizes and organizes the research progress on regulation of ferroptosis and its relationship with OA,combining the role of TCM in regulating ferroptosis to treat OA.It has been found that ferroptosis plays an important regulatory role in cartilage cell injury,inflammation,and joint degeneration,providing a new approach for treatment of OA.Meanwhile,active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicines,such as quercetin,baicalin,tanshinone,curcumin,and formulas like Jianpi Tongluo Decoction and Yangxue Roujin Decoction,can improve the pathological process of OA by regulating ferroptosis-related pathways.This article provides scientific evidence and reference value for deepening the research on ferroptosis theory and guiding TCM in the preven-tion and treatment of OA.
