钼精矿精准脱铜工艺研究OA
Precision decoppering process of molybdenum concentrate
为降低含铜钼精矿的铜含量提升钼精矿品质,本文采用加压浸出和 M5640 萃取工艺,主要优化了加压浸铜的最佳参数,以及研究了浸出液中铜钼短流程萃取分离的可行性,主要得到以下结论:钼精矿在最佳条件下(液固比 L/S=5、温度155℃、氧压0.6 MPa、5%的木质磺酸钠、时间1.5 h),Cu、Mo 浸出率分别为 96.88%、0.3%;浸出液再经过10%M5640 共萃取Cu、Mo—20 g/L 硫酸洗涤Fe—200 g/L 硫酸反萃Cu—0.15 mol/L 氨水反萃Mo,Cu、Mo萃取率为97.62%、94.24%,Fe 洗涤率为 98.27%,Cu 反萃率 98.30%,Mo 反萃率为 99.56%.分析了铜钼氧压水浸差异化的机理,并首次提出了 M5640 萃取钼的机理,形成了一种短流程含铜钼精矿预处理工艺,实现了选择性浸铜以及浸出液 Cu、Mo、Fe 的分离与回收,可为类似钼精矿资源处置提供参考.
To reduce the copper content and improve the quality of copper-bearing molybdenum concentrate,this study employed pres-sure leaching and M5640 solvent extraction processes.The key parameters for optimizing copper pressure leaching were investigated,a-long with the feasibility of short-process extraction separation of copper and molybdenum from the leach solution.The main conclusions are as follows:under optimal conditions(liquid-to-solid ratio L/S=5,temperature 155℃,oxygen pressure 0.6 MPa,5%sodium lig-nosulfonate,time 1.5 h),the leaching rates of Cu and Mo reached 96.88%and 0.3%,respectively.The leachate was subsequently treated with 10%M5640 for co-extraction of Cu and Mo,followed by 20 g/L sulfuric acid for Fe scrubbing,200 g/L sulfuric acid for Cu stripping,and 0.15 mol/L ammonia solution for Mo stripping.The extraction rates for Cu and Mo were 97.62%and 94.24%,re-spectively,with a Fe scrubbing efficiency of 98.27%,Cu stripping rate of 98.30%,and Mo stripping rate of 99.56%.The mechanism behind the differential oxygen pressure water leaching of copper and molybdenum was analyzed,and for the first time,the mechanism of molybdenum extraction using M5640 was proposed.A short-process pretreatment method for copper-bearing molybdenum concentrates was developed,enabling selective copper leaching and achieving the separation and recovery of Cu,Mo,and Fe from the leach solu-tion.This approach may provide a reference for the treatment of similar molybdenum concentrate resources.
