基于低频振幅和局部一致性的遗尿症儿童认知功能障碍的静息态脑功能成像研究OA
Resting-state brain functional imaging of cognitive dysfunction in children with enuresis based on amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations and regional homogeneity
目的:探究遗尿症儿童合并认知功能障碍静息态脑功能低频振幅(ALFF)、局部一致性(ReHo)与疾病发生、发展的关系.方法:选取 2019 年 6 月—2021 年 6 月 24 例遗尿症儿童合并认知功能障碍(研究组)以及 24 例同期体检健康儿童(对照组).入组儿童均接受磁共振检查,比较两组儿童静息态脑功能差异,ReHo、ALFF脑部影像图以及认知功能,并在全体受试者中分析影像学指标与认知功能的相关性.结果:两组儿童MMSE、MoCA评分差异有统计学意义,其中研究组的MMSE、MoCA评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05).研究组的左侧距状回、右侧距状回ALFF值明显低于对照组(P<0.05).研究组左侧距状回、左侧枕中回、双侧舌回、右侧楔叶、右侧梭状回、右侧枕上回ReHo值明显低于对照组(P<0.05).在全体 48 名受试者中进行Pearson相关分析显示,左侧距状回、右侧距状回的ALFF值与MMSE呈正相关,左侧枕中回和右侧枕上回的ReHo值与MoCA呈正相关(P<0.05).结论:遗尿症儿童左侧距状回、右侧距状回以及左侧枕中回和右侧枕上回的静息态脑功能成像异常,与认知功能障碍的发生、发展存在相关性.
Objective:To explore the relationship between ALFF and ReHo of whole brain voxels in resting-state brain functional imaging and the occurrence and development of cognitive dysfunction in children with enuresis.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2021,24 children with enuresis complicated with cognitive impairment(study group)and 24 healthy chil-dren(control group)were selected.The children in both groups were examined by MRI.The differences in resting-state brain function,ReHo,ALFF brain images and cognitive function were compared between two groups,and the correlation between imaging indexes and cognitive function was analyzed in all subjects.Results:The MMSE and MoCA scores of two groups had statistical significance,and the MMSE and MoCA scores of study group were obvious lower than control group(P<0.05).The ALFF values of the left talus gyrus and the right talus gyrus in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ReHo values of the left talus gyrus,left middle occipital gyrus,bilateral lingual gyrus,right wedge lobe,right fusiform gyrus and right superior occipital gyrus in the study group were significantly lower than those in the con-trol group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis in all 48 subjects showed that ALFF values in the left calcarine gyrus and the right calcarine gyrus were positively correlated with MMSE,and ReHo values in the left middle occipital gyrus and right su-perior occipital gyrus were positively correlated with MoCA(P<0.05).Conclusion:The resting-state brain functional imaging abnormalities of the left talar gyrus,right talar gyrus,left middle occipital gyrus and right supraoccipital gyrus in children with enuresis are correlated with the occurrence and development of cognitive dysfunction.
