帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是一种年龄相关性缓慢进行性锥体外系疾病,其患病率随我国人口老龄化进程逐年增长.由于高特异性生物标志物的缺乏,PD 早期诊疗仍是一个巨大挑战.微小 RNA(microRNAs,miRNAs)是一类短链非编码 RNA 分子,已被发现在 PD 患者体液中异常表达,且通过调节内源性基因参与 PD 病理过程.miRNAs 特异性表达谱的发现使其成为具有吸引力的非侵入性生物标志物和新型治疗靶点.本文将综述 miRNAs 表达异常与 PD 诊疗关系的相关研究,并从表达谱的变化、诊断价值、治疗潜力三个方面,阐述 miRNAs 在 PD 诊疗中的研究进展.

Parkinson's disease(PD)is an age-as-sociated,slowly progressive extrapyramidal disor-der.Its prevalence is increasing annually in tandem with the aging population in China.The lack of high-ly specific biomarkers poses a significant challenge for the early diagnosis and treatment of PD.microR-NAs(miRNAs),a class of short non-coding RNA molecules,have been found to be dysregulated in the bodily fluids of PD patients and participate in PD pathological processes by regulating endogenous gene expression.The discovery of specific miRNAs expression profiles renders them attractive candi-dates as non-invasive biomarkers and novel thera-peutic targets.This review summarizes research on the relationship between miRNAs dysregulation and PD diagnosis and treatment.It elaborates on recent advancements concerning the roles of miRNAs in PD management by focusing on three key aspects:alterations in expression profiles,diagnostic value,and therapeutic potential.
