Summary of the best evidence for prevention and control of Candida auris infection in patients in adult intensive care unit
目的 检索、分析并整合重症监护病房(ICU)患者耳念珠菌感染防控的最佳证据.方法 根据"6S"证据金字塔模型,系统检索世界卫生组织(WHO)、UpToDate、美国国立指南库、加拿大安大略省注册护士协会、英格兰公共卫生署、美国疾病预防与控制中心(CDC)、维普数据库、中华医学期刊网、PubMed、中国生物医学文献、Embase、中国知网(CNKI)、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、万方数据库及医脉通数据库关于成人 ICU 患者耳念珠菌感染防控的相关证据,纳入原始研究、系统评价、指南、专家共识、临床决策、证据总结.由两名研究者独立进行文献质量评价、证据提取、整合.结果 共纳入 20 篇文献,其中诊断性研究 6 篇,专家共识、临床实践指南各4 篇,计算机决策支持、系统评价各 2 篇,类实验研究、基础研究各 1 篇.整合形成 11 个类别、31 条证据总结.结论 本研究通过总结成人 ICU 患者耳念珠菌感染防控的综合策略,为临床医疗机构实施相关预防与控制措施提供了参考依据.
Objective To retrieve,analyze,and integrate the best evidence for the prevention and control of Candida auris(C.auris)infection in patients in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Based on the"6S"evidence pyramid model,evidences relevant to the prevention and control of C.auris infection in adult ICU patients were systematically retrieved from World Health Organization(WHO),UpToDate,National Guideline Clearinghouse(NGC),Registered Nurses'Association of Ontario(RNAO),Public Health England(PHE),U.S.Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,VIP Database,Chinese Medical Journal Network,PubMed,SinoMed,Embase,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Wanfang Data,and Medlive.cn.Original research,systematic review,guidelines,expert consensus,clinical decision-making,and evidence summary were included for analysis.Two researchers independently conducted literature quality evaluation,evidence extraction,and integration.Results A total of 20 literatures were included in analysis,including 6 diagnostic studies,4 expert consensus,4 clinical practice guidelines,2 computer decision-support,2 systematic reviews,1 quasi-experimental study,and 1 basic study.A total of 11 categories and 31 pieces of evidence summary were integrated.Conclusion This study summarizes the comprehensive strategies for the prevention and control of C.auris infection in adult ICU patients,providing a reference for clinical medical institutions to implement relevant prevention and control measures.
