消痔灵注射治疗联合部分肛垫切除术治疗痔病临床应用体会OA

The pathogenesis and treatment of hemorrhoidal disease have long been a hot clinical topic.Although many theories have been proposed to explain its etiology,they all interpret the cause of hemorrhoids in isolation from different aspects without sufficient correlation.We hold that the pathogenesis of hemorrhoidal disease is closely related to the interaction of three key factors:rupture of Treitz muscle,varicose veins,and anal cushion descent.On this basis,we designed a"three-in-one"procedure combining Xiaozhiling injection,partial anal cushion resection,and external hemorrhoidectomy.This procedure reduces the difficulty of the four-step Xiaozhiling injection method,raises the injection level,and achieves more significant repair and fixation of the anal cushion.The clinical experience of its application is summarized as follows.
