布比卡因脂质体阴部神经阻滞在混合痔术后的镇痛效果观察OA

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of liposomal bupivacaine for pudendal nerve block(PNB)in postoperative analgesia among ambulatory patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 98 patients with mixed hemorrhoids from November 2024 to June 2025 were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent internal hemorrhoid ligation plus external hemorrhoidectomy and received PNB for postoperative analgesia.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received ropivacaine for PNB,while the observation group was given liposomal bupi-vacaine for PNB.Pain scores at different time points after surgery,postoperative recovery status and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Pain scores in both groups showed an upward trend at 6 h,12 h and 1 d after surgery,but those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was also lower than that of the control group on the 3rd d after surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the time to first anal exhaust between the two groups(P>0.05).The time to ambulation was shorter and the frequency of analgesic use was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Liposo-mal bupivacaine for PNB can relieve early postoperative pain,reduce the consumption of postoperative analge-sics,promote postoperative recovery,and result in a lower incidence of adverse reactions in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.
