直肠黏膜剥离肌层折叠缝合术联合肛门紧缩术治疗完全性直肠脱垂20例疗效观察OA

Objective To observe the efficacy of Delorme's procedure combined with anal sphincteroplasty in the treatment of complete rectal prolapse(spleen deficiency and qi sinking pattern).Methods A total of 20 patients with complete rectal prolapse treated in the Department of Coloproctology of our hospital from Janu-ary 2019 to December 2023 were enrolled.All patients were evaluated by Wexner Incontinence Score,quality of life(QOL)score and anal manometry before surgery and 3 months after surgery.A follow-up visit on the therapeutic effect was conducted on the patients 6 months after surgery.Results There were statistically sig-nificant differences in Wexner Incontinence Score,QOL score and anal manometry values before and after sur-gery(P<0.05).The prolapsed rectum spontaneously reduced in all 20 patients,and all were cured with no rectal mucosal prolapse observed during defecation.No recurrence was found in any patient during the 6-month follow-up.Conclusion Delorme's procedure combined with anal sphincteroplasty is relatively simple in operation,with few surgical complications and definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of complete rectal pro-lapse(spleen deficiency and qi sinking pattern),showing high practical value in the management of rectal prolapse.
