高岭土/铜复合材料的制备及抗病菌涂料应用性能研究OA
Preparation of Kaolin-Copper Composites and Their Application in Antimicrobial Coatings
开发高效抗病菌功能涂料对维护公共卫生安全、保障人民健康具有重要现实意义.本研究采用球磨一锅法成功制备了高岭土/铜复合材料,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X 射线衍射(XRD)及能谱分析(EDS)等手段系统表征了其微观形貌、物相组成与元素分布,证实材料结构符合预期设计.抗菌性能测试结果显示,高岭土/铜复合材料对金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠杆菌的抗菌率均超过99.9%,达到国家1级抗菌标准.在此基础上,通过优化高岭土/铜复合材料与弹性乳液、颜料、填料及多种助剂(如增稠剂与稳定剂)之间的配比,成功研制出高岭土基抗病菌涂料.理化性能测试表明,复合材料的引入未对涂料的附着力、耐水性及稳定性等关键性能指标产生不利影响.进一步采用抑菌环法评估其抗菌性能,结果显示该涂料对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌环直径分别达 5.2mm 与 4.6mm,表明其具备优异的广谱抗菌能力.本研究为高岭土基抗病菌涂料的开发与应用提供了新的技术路径与实践依据.
The development of coatings with high-efficiency antibacterial functionality is of critical importance for safeguarding public health and ensuring human well-being.In this study,kaolin/copper composites were successfully synthesized via a one-pot ball-milling approach.The structural features,phase composition,and elemental distribution of the composites were systematically characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).Antibacterial tests revealed that the kaolin/copper composites exhibited an antibacterial rate exceeding 99.9%against both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,complying with the National Class 1 Antibacterial Standard.On this basis,a novel kaolin-based antibacterial coating was developed by optimizing the formulation comprising kaolin/copper composites,elastic emulsion,pigments,fillers,and various additives including thickeners and stabilizers.Physicochemical performance evaluations indicated that the incorporation of the composite did not significantly compromise the coating's fundamental properties.Furthermore,the zone of inhibition test demonstrated clear inhibitory zones of 5.2 mm and 4.6 mm against E.coli and S.aureus,respectively,confirming the coating's remarkable broad-spectrum antibacterial activity.This study provides a new strategy and practical foundation for the development of high-performance kaolin-based antibacterial coatings.
